Luer lock cap allows full range of dispensing needles
This Luer lock cap fits Gaunt's line of 0.5 oz. bottles, and is excellent for solving a problem I've been having with dispensing UV curable glue. As you might imagine, the dispensing needle becomes clogged over time. It's very convenient to be able to take the clogged needle off and put a new one on. Also, the needle gauge can be selected for tight jobs requiring fine control, as well as general purpose jobs that need a high volume quickly. Being able to replace the cap quickly when the spout becomes unusable due to build-up has produced the longevity I need to make my adhesive investment go farther, longer.

This cap opens up a new world for Luer Lock needle apps
While Gaunt's stock needle applicators are high quality, there are some applications (such as adhesives dispensing) that require the use of replaceable Luer Lock dispensing tips. This cap turns many of Gaunt's small dispensing bottles into highly versatile adhesive dispensing solutions.
